Laureate of the 2003 Honens International Piano Competition and winner of France’s 2002 Concours International de Piano 20e siècle d’Orléans, Canadian pianist Winston Choi is an inquisitive performer whose fresh approach to standard repertory makes him one of today’s most dynamic young concert artists. In addition, he is committed to a masterful performance and understanding of works by living composers.

Winston is Assistant Professor and Head of Piano at Roosevelt University's Chicago College of Performing Arts.

When he isn’t busy with his music career, he enjoys exploring the diverse offerings of Chicago’s dining scene – he definitely lives to eat, and would happily eat only sushi for the rest of his life. Living the crazy life of a musician, he actually craves boredom and being able to find that rare time to veg out for long hours in             front of the television.
