since graduating from Juilliard in 2009.

Christina McGann enjoys a diverse performing career as soloist, chamber musician and orchestral member. She has traveled extensively this year to perform for audiences in Moldova, New York City, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, and come June, Walla Walla, Washington!
Christina received her BM and MM from The Juilliard School where she studied with two members of the Juilliard String Quartet, Robert Mann and Ronald Copes. During her years in New York, Christina cultivated her love for chamber music, teaching, and her free student pass to MoMA.
Christina is also committed to musical education in her community. In addition to teaching violin students aged 3-18, she presents educational outreach classes to encourage musical appreciation. After her pedagogical studies at Julliard, Christina developed many of her own teaching materials and methods.
Christina currently lives in Athens, Ohio, with her husband, Stephen Miahky, and two dogs, Thomas and Oliver.
