Violinist Stephen Miahky is looking forward to returning to Walla Walla for another exciting WWCMF season!
He has recently performed with the IRIS Orchestra, Columbus ProMusica, Brave New Works, and the Ohio Valley Symphony. He also performs solo and chamber music at Ohio University where he is a faculty member. Stephen enjoys performing new and old works, and collaborating with new and old friends.
He thankfully counts among his mentors members of the Guarneri and Concord Quartets.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys cooking and lamenting the state of Michigan football. He resides in Athens, Ohio, with his wife, violinist Christina McGann, and their two dogs, Thomas and Oliver.
