has a voice full of subtle allure and sprightly energy.
Soprano Jennifer Goltz-Taylor specializes in new chamber music and art song. In recent years she has premiered works by Robert Morris, Michael Daugherty, Andrew Mead, Forrest Pierce, and many others; in 2013 she will premiere a monodrama for solo soprano by John Berners and a new opera by Kamran Ince.

She has recorded for Albany, Centaur, and MSR Classics. Her recording of Arnold Schoenberg’s Pierrot lunaire and Brettl-lieder with the Los Angeles-based ensemble Inauthentica was hailed by Gramophone magazine as “captivating” and “brilliant.... a voice full of subtle allure and sprightly energy.”
She holds a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance and a Ph.D. in Music Theory from the University of Michigan.
